To access your tomHRM account, you’ll need three pieces of information:
- Username
- Password
- Account name (required for your first login only – afterwards it’s saved in your browser cookies and won’t be needed again until you clear your cookies)
Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you’re unable to log into your account:
- Double-check that you’re entering your password, username, and account name correctly (ensure CAPS LOCK is disabled)
- If you’re copying your password from elsewhere, verify you haven’t copied a trailing space at the end of the character string
Forgotten Username
Your username is typically your email address, but it may be a different string of characters set up by your system administrator. If your email address doesn’t work and you don’t know your alternative username, contact the person responsible for managing tomHRM in your company – this is usually someone from the HR department.
Forgotten Password
If you can’t log in because you’ve forgotten your password or your current password isn’t working, check out our guide on how to set a new password or recover your existing one.
If you still can’t log in, contact the person responsible for managing tomHRM in your company – this is usually someone from the HR department.
Forgotten Account Name
The account name is your organisation’s name as chosen by the account owner. If you can’t remember or don’t know it, try:
- Finding a system email sent to you by your system administrator
- Contacting the person responsible for managing tomHRM in your company (usually someone from the HR department) and ask them to remind you of the account name
Blocked account
If you’ve entered incorrect passwords multiple times, your account may be temporarily locked. The system will display a proper message if this happens. Contact your company’s tomHRM administrator (usually someone from HR) to unlock your account before using the password reset feature.
