Requesting a password reset SMS is the most convenient way to change the password for employees not using email address. It is possible though, only if phone number has been filled in employee’s profile.
Please note, this function is available only for clients with a yearly subscription.
To enable SMS password recover for your workspace users go to Settings>General>Security and switch it on.
How to reset your password with SMS?
1. Go to tomHRM sign in page and select Forgot password option down below.
2. Enter the phone number with country code (e.g. +48XXXXXXXXX) that is associated with your account and click Send me reset information.
3. We’ll send a password reset code via SMS to given phone number. Enter the code in sign in page and submit.
4. The code will be verified and you’ll be asked to enter your new password.
