Successful recruitments – the number of recruitment jobs where the number of employees is greater than or equal to the number of vacancies.
Job openings vs employments – Job openings are the total number of vacancies entered in recruitment jobs, and employment is the total number of employed candidates (with the “Employed” status).
Recruitment efficiency – the number of employed candidates in relation to the total number of vacancies.
Rejection ratio – the ratio of the number of rejected candidates to the total number of employees with the “Open” status.
