Referral links are used for job offer distribution. Read more about how to create and use them.

Such a link and the link to the Career Page can contain your company name. To use this option, go to the Recruitment > Career Page > SEO & Sharing tab and check Show company name in the address (URL) of the Career Page.

Example link:

• without the company name: https://tomhrm.app/ats/xyxyxyxy/jobs
• with the company name: https://tomhrm.app/ats/{COMPANY_NAME}/xyxyxyxy/jobs

The company name is taken from the configuration parameters of the Career Page available in the Content tab. The company name used in the URL will be formatted to an acceptable string (the same rules as when creating internet domains).

Remember:

• after enabling the company name in the URL, old addresses on the Career Page and referral links will also redirect correctly.
• enabling/disabling the company name in the URL does not affect previously used links from the Career Page or generated referral links or QR codes.
