If you haven’t started a feedback review right after its creation, you can do it at any time.
You can start a feedback review:
- Click on the Start feedback review button on the list of feedback reviews in 360° Feedback > Feedbacks.
- Click on the three-dots menu to open the menu and select the Start feedback review option in 360° Feedback > Feedbacks.
- While in the feedback review details view, click on the cog icon(top right corner) and select the Start feedback review option.
You can start a feedback review when:
- It has reviewed employees selected.
- It has competencies or questions assigned.
- Its start date has been set.
- Access rights to the results have been set.
- The result publication condition has been defined.
If any of the above conditions is not met, you will see the error message when you try to start the feedback review.
Remember that every feedback review has 3 statuses:
The “draft” status of the feedback review means that:
- The review is not accessible/visible to the reviewed employees and reviewers.
- You cannot send email notifications.
The “running” status of the feedback review means that:
- The review is accessible/visible to the reviewed employees and reviewers.
- You can send email notifications.
The “paused” status of the feedback review means that:
- The review is visible to the reviewed employees and reviewers.
- The review form is not accessible.
- You can send email notifications.
