The training directory displays all available training programmes that employees can view and potentially enrol in. Understanding how it works helps both employees and managers make the most of available learning opportunities.
Training Visibility Requirements
For a training programme to appear in the catalogue, it must meet these general conditions:
- Future Start Date Training must be scheduled to begin in the future
- Open Registration If a maximum registration date is set, it must be in the future
- Available Spaces Must have free places on either:
- Main participant list
- Waiting list (if activated)
- Or no maximum participant limit set
Important: Even if training has “Scheduled” status, it won’t appear in the catalogue if the start date has passed.
