The welcome page is what a new employee will see after signing in tomHRM for the very first time.

• When they move on from the welcome page, they will go through the steps required in a given onboarding path.
• The steps may entail filling out a survey or completing a task. A given step may also be omitted.
• After the user goes through all the steps, they will be directed to the “My Onboarding” view.
