Accessing Category Settings
You can manage incident categories through two paths:
Method 1: Via Settings
Navigate to Settings > Settings> Whistleblower > Incident Categories
Method 2: Via Report Register
Go to Whistleblower > Report Registry > Settings > Incident Categories
Configuring Categories
Adding New Categories
- Access the category settings using either method above
- Enter category names in Polish and/or English
- Create as many categories as your organisation requires
- Save your changes
Language Support
Categories can be configured in:
- Polish – Default language
- Additional languages: English, German, Spanish and Ukrainian – If you’ve enabled multi-language support for your public page. For more information go to Language Versions for Whistleblower Pages.
Default Categories
Legislation-Compliant Templates
Implementation support: tomHRM provides a default list of incident categories that comply with whistleblower legislation. You can choose to:
- Keep the default categories – Ready-to-use, legally compliant options
- Modify existing categories – Adapt to your organisation’s specific needs
- Replace with custom categories – Create entirely new classification system
