To manage, create and run feedback reviews, we recommend configuring some basic information first so that you can automate your work in this module.

Steps to complete:

1. If you have not added employees yet, read how to do it.
2. Define the behaviours, competencies and competency models – click here to learn how to do it.
3. Assign competency models to job positions (and job positions to employees).
4. Set a rating scale that will be required in all reviews. To set the rating scale go to Settings>Settings>Competences>Rate.
5. You can add your first review – read how to do it.
