Email Templates
Template Options
For each notification, you can choose from different content templates:
- Default templates – Ready-to-use, standard messages
- Training-specific templates – Custom templates created for individual programmes
Where to Manage Templates
Default Templates: Navigate to Settings > Settings > Trainings > Email Templates
Training-Specific Templates: Go to Training Details > Menu > Email Templates tab
Dynamic Content
Templates can include dynamic placeholders that automatically insert relevant information:
- Training date and time
- Location details
- Participant names
- Course information
- Trainer details
Custom signature: All automatic emails include a footer that you can customise in Settings > Settings> Notifications.
Configuration Best Practices
Template Strategy
Create multiple versions of templates for the same event type. For example, you might have:

- VIP enrolment confirmation
This gives you flexibility to choose the most appropriate message when planning each training session.
