Assessing Behaviors
The form consists of a list of behaviors that you assess for a specific employee. In addition to selecting a numerical rating ona agiven scale, you can also add your comments.
Adding a Comment
If you believe that your rating requires further explanation, you can add a comment to each rating as a supplement. Comments will be visible to individuals who have access to the survey results.
Access to Results
Access to the results is configured separately for each survey by the survey manager. Survey manager may grant the access to:
- the reviewers,
- the reviewee,
- the survey managers,
- the reviewee manager.
You may have access to the results immediately after ratings are added by other individuals or only after the survey has ended.
How can I save the form?
After completing the form, you can save it and submit it immediately by clicking the Save and close button.
Can I save the form and complete it later?
Yes, if you need more time, you can save the form as a draft by clicking the Save as Draft button. This option saves a draft version of the form with the information you have filled out so far and allows you to return to the form at a later time.
Can I change my answer?
You can change each rating and comment until you finally save the form using the Save and close button. If you want to change your responses after final submission, please contact the HR department representative or the survey administrator and request a reset of the form.
When can I fill out the survey?
The survey may have an end date by which it is available to you. After this date, you will not be able to complete the survey.
