Assessing Behaviours
Rating Process
Each form contains a list of behaviours to evaluate for the specific employee. For each behaviour, you can:
- Select a numerical rating based on your observations
- Add optional comments to provide context for your ratings
Comment Visibility
Who can see your comments: Comments are visible to individuals with review results access, as configured by the review administrator. This may include:
- Manager of this feedback review
- Reviewees
- Reviewers
- Managers
Results Access Configuration
Flexible Visibility Settings
Access to review results is configured individually for each review by the review administrator.
Potential Access Groups
- Reviewers – Those providing feedback
- Reviewees – Those being evaluated
- Manager of this feedback review – Those managing the review process
- Managers – Supervisory personnel
Timing Options
Results may be available:
- Immediately – As soon as assessments are submitted
- After completion – When all forms are submitted or the review is closed
Saving Your Progress
Final Submission
To complete and submit your form: Click “Save” when you’ve finished all assessments
This submits your final responses and typically prevents further changes.
Draft Saving
To save work in progress: Click “Save as Draft” to preserve your current progress
Benefits of draft saving:
- Allows you to return and complete the form later
- Preserves all ratings and comments entered so far
- Enables you to work on the assessment over multiple sessions
Making Changes
Before Final Submission
You can modify any rating or comment until you use the “Submit” button for final submission.
After Final Submission
If you need to make changes after submitting:
- Contact your HR representative or review administrator
- Request a form reset to enable further modifications
- Complete your revised assessment
Review Deadlines
Time Limits
Reviews may have set completion deadlines configured by the administrator.
After Deadline
Once the deadline passes:
- You won’t be able to access the review form
- Incomplete assessments may not be included in results
- Contact the review administrator if you need an extension
Best practice: Complete reviews well before the deadline to avoid technical issues or last-minute problems.
