To view your evaluation results navigate to 360 Feedback > My Feedback > Receiving Review.
Important: You can only view your results if the module administrator or evaluation coordinator has granted you access. Without this permission, your results will remain hidden.
Results overview page
On the main results page, you can see:
- Evaluation name, type, period, and duration
- Days remaining until evaluation completion (for real-time result displays)
- Average score across all assessments received to date
- Evaluation progress (as a percentage)
Note: If result access is set to “post-completion only”, you won’t see any results until the evaluation is fully finished.
Privacy protection
Colleague and direct report identities are deliberately anonymised. Only the module administrator has access to individual evaluator details, ensuring honest feedback whilst protecting workplace relationships.
Viewing detailed feedback breakdown
To expand individual assessment results, click the dropdown arrow on the right-hand side.
What you’ll see by evaluation type:
90-degree evaluation:
- Your manager’s assessment (averaged across assessed competencies)
180-degree evaluation:
- Your self-assessment results
- Your manager’s assessment (averaged across assessed competencies)
270-degree evaluation:
- Your self-assessment results
- Your manager’s assessment
- Anonymised colleague assessments
360-degree evaluation:
- Your self-assessment results
- Your manager’s assessment
- Anonymised colleague and direct report assessments
Accessing detailed evaluation sheets
You can view detailed assessment sheets for:
- Self-assessment: Ratings you assigned yourself
- Line manager assessment: Evaluation completed by your manager
To access these sheets: Click the three-dot menu next to the relevant evaluator.
Note: Individual colleague assessment sheets are not accessible to maintain anonymity.
Evaluation sheet contents
Each detailed sheet includes:
- Final score (for that specific assessment)
- Competency matrix with average scores per competency
- Top 3 behavioural strengths
- Top 3 areas for development
- Detailed scoring for each behaviour within assessed competencies
- Expected competency levels (from your role profile)
- Gap analysis between expected and actual performance
Frequently asked questions
Can I see which colleagues rated me and how?
No, all colleague feedback is anonymised to encourage honest input.
Can I see how colleagues rated my individual competencies?
No, you only see aggregate scores from each colleague group without revealing individual identities.
Can I access the comprehensive competency overview that administrators see?
Only if your evaluation coordinator chooses to update your profile with the results. Otherwise, you’ll see separate competency matrices for your self-assessment and manager assessment within their respective evaluation sheets.
